"Music is the heart of life. She speaks love; without it, there is no possible good, and with it everything is beautiful."

- Franz Liszt -

Hello there!

I'm Jennifer Tuck. I know how hard it can be to get all of the details right when it comes to planning a recital.

After teaching for more than 25 years, I have been at the helm of at least that many studio recitals. When adding in all of the other special events, concerts, and gigs... it's safe to say that I have learned a thing or two about making it all flow well.

One thing I have learned is that every recital is a little different and to stay flexible. However, there are certain tasks that must be done every time. This checklist will keep you on track with what you can control, to make way for the unexpected without losing your cool.

Preparation will bring both you and your student's confidence. Everyone involved will enjoy the process so much more when your systems are in place.
